Round 1: Logic & Debugging Sprint
Solve 5 algorithmic puzzles and fix buggy code blocks under strict time constraints.
Round 2: Interactive Game/App Creation
4-hour build challenge to produce an educational game or interactive utility based on a surprise morning prompt.
Round 3: Code Walkthrough & Defense
Finalists explain their code architecture, complexity choices, and design patterns to jury judges.
