The STEM Innovation Cup challenges students to engineer working prototypes that solve tangible problems in sustainability, healthcare, and smart cities using robotics, IoT, and 3D printing.
Competition Format & Stages
Round 1: Concept Pitch & Design Deck
Teams submit a 3-minute video pitch and technical proposal outlining the problem and proposed mechanical/software architecture.
Round 2: Regional Prototyping Showcase
Shortlisted teams demonstrate functioning prototypes before a panel of academic and industry judges.
Round 3: Grand Finale Arena Challenge
Top finalists test their systems in live obstacle and performance arenas with unexpected real-time constraints.
